Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy

- Process orders, returns, and transactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records

Qualifications
