Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve product inquiries and service issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
