Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues accurately and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
