Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to answer questions confidently.
- Upselling & Sales: Identify opportunities to introduce premium services or products to existing customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating computer systems and typing at least 35 WPM.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and proactive attitude is essential for this role.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
