Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and address trends in customer feedback.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer applications proficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
