Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
