- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining a polite and empathetic tone in every interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about our services to provide accurate information to our client base.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Requirements: Stable high-speed internet connection, computer/laptop, and a quiet workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry level candidates.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
