- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and address concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, technical support, and management teams to resolve complex issues.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that benefit the customer.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but Entry Level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
