Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during weekend night shifts

- Contribute to weekend service improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience or relevant training
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with computer proficiency
- Availability for consistent weekend night shifts (Fri-Sat 10PM-6AM or Sat-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Ability to thrive in independent overnight work environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
