Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install/configure computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions using ticketing systems
- Train users on software applications and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets
- Support network connectivity and basic security practices
Qualifications
