Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop problems including OS, applications, and peripheral devices
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex escalations
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Deliver user training on new technologies and processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Patience and professionalism when handling user frustrations
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ sponsored)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend rotations
