Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Provide user training on standard applications and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and report emerging trends
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ certification preferred
- 0-2 years of technical support experience or internship
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
- Strong diagnostic skills and logical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
