Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with company growth targets
- Research, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3.0)
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate innovations
- Present technology forecasts and adoption recommendations to C-suite and board
- Build and lead a global team of technology futurists and innovation analysts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
