Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for software/hardware issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, network connectivity problems, and application errors
- Document support tickets using ITSM software with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, peripherals)
- Conduct new employee IT onboarding and system orientations
- Maintain knowledge base articles for recurring technical solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts simply
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and remote support tools
