Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff and clients.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic account configuration.
- Support the installation and maintenance of desktop peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.).
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT service desk ticketing system.
- Monitor IT inventory and assist in organizing equipment storage areas.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on small-scale projects and system upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical concepts in plain language.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or trade school.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and macOS operating systems).
- Strong desire to learn about technology and IT support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the office in Downtown San Diego.
- Willingness to obtain a background check if required.
