Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI architectures leveraging 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum machine learning algorithms
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and topological qubits
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our patented 'Quantum Leap' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and 2026 roadmap
- Experience securing $1M+ in quantum computing research grants
