Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including printer malfunctions and application errors.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site support tasks within the Fresno area.
