Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move inventory and materials throughout the facility.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
