Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and labeling of packages with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting cycle counts and verifying stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with the floor team and shift supervisors to resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
