Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across sales floor and checkout stations
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards per company policies
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
