Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our San Jose facility.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization for weekend operations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone or email promptly.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the shift manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose location.
