Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person weekend teams across retail/hospitality operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak weekend hours
- Execute inventory counts, cash handling, and POS system operations
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures and safety protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations with professionalism
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 20-30 hours weekly)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- No prior supervisory experience required – full training provided
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville locations
