Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Manage inventory restocking and merchandising during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on store policies and procedures
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students encouraged)
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-8pm)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh location
