The Role: As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will drive sales, assist customers in finding the perfect products, and ensure our store remains a welcoming destination for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking pristine.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and store displays during weekends.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maximize sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
