Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage and update customer databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with weekend logistics operations, including inventory tracking and package handling.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during shift operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for on-site tasks).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
