- Conduct quality assurance checks and implement improvement initiatives
- Process payroll and inventory management tasks during shift transitions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or event staffing
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic weekend periods
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (10am-10pm)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
