Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outbound delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior experience necessary; we train the right candidates!
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
