Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through rigorous daily stock checks and reconciliation.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce downtime during peak hours.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday - Sunday).
- Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy for logging daily tasks.
