Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across resort amenities including pools, spas, and entertainment venues
- Maintain pristine standards for facility cleanliness and safety during overnight operations
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures during low-traffic periods
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Complete detailed shift reports and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Nevada state gaming card (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in basic POS systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
