Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend festivals, concerts, and sporting events
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue access points
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and signage
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control measures
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays with no weekday obligations
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation to event venues
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- Flexible to work evenings until 11 PM or later
