Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest areas, including pools, lobbies, and dining spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Support resort events and activities during peak weekend hours

Qualifications

- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
