Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond to emergencies with calm professionalism and quick decision-making
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a sterile environment
- Support patient education and emotional well-being during off-hours
Qualifications
- Current RN/LVN license in California
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
