Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability for weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to River North location
- Flexibility to cover shift swaps with 48-hour notice
