Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend and night shifts
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Identify process improvements for after-hours operations
- Uphold company policies and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and nights (PM shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
