Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Indiana (or equivalent healthcare certification)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- ACLS/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
