Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care during assigned weekend and night shifts (Fri-Sun, 11PM-7AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in electronic health records
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless patient handovers
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during off-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (CNA, MA, or LVN preferred)
- Valid California state certification
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
