Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory stock for the weekend shift to ensure product availability.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, and returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders efficiently.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the workspace and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
