Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure seamless weekend operations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient needs
- Assist in emergency response situations following ACLS protocols
- Conduct patient education on health management techniques
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Current Texas CMA or RN license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for diverse patient population
- Flexible availability to work 7am-7pm shifts every weekend
