Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in luxury settings
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Knowledge of Miami tourism market preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a plus
