Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across dining and event spaces
- Manage weekend reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards during peak weekend hours
- Assist with weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Flexibility to work varying weekend hours (day/night shifts)
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable weekend transportation
