Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and verifying stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
