Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Customer Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding order status and provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
