Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA, TCPA)
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indy location
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
