Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rates)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong verbal communication & active listening skills
- Type 35+ WPM with basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Must pass background/drug screening
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
