- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Represent the company brand with positive communication skills
Qualifications
