Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company protocols and SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation and active listening
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
