Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
