Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, responding to customer questions regarding products and services in a timely manner.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints or problems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our company offerings to provide accurate information and suggest relevant solutions.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our database systems.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating web browsers.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing scripts or procedures.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
