Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or team lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
