Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for high-value clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in monthly performance reviews
- Adhere to compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
